There are 3 ways to use the service after a "site visit":

1) We will organise the service providers required and you would monitor/assist with the work thereafter

ie. A plumber to fix a tap, a handyman to hang a few pictures or a qualified carpenter to replace a door.

2) Or, we organise and/or supervise your job to your specifications whilst you are out.
Some common requests are: purchase, arrange delivery/installation of a new washing machine, or a new bathroom vanity or arrange a spring clean of your home without the use of any harmful chemicals-Enjo cleaning.

3) We can provide a full service of design, building and project management.

eg. From a revamp or new Kitchen, your home painted and with minor repairs, to a total renovation.

The Middlewoman Services - Builders Newtown have a full Builder's Licence and like to keep your project within budget and timeframe.  We often work with an Interior Designer or Architect to make your project happen this way so that we have the right information before work commences. As we have access the costings works can be costed even before these professionals are engaged with only a simple brief from you.
